Herbrina Hobbs

Herbrina began working at St. Vincent de Paul Homeless Shelter in January 2024 as a Senior Case Manager, where she advocated for individuals in need of housing and

comprehensive case management services. In January 2026, she was promoted to Director of the Homeless Resource Service Center and Shelter.

Prior to joining St. Vincent de Paul, Herbrina built over 20 years of experience in the human services field, supporting individuals with mental and developmental challenges. Her professional background includes roles as an ABA therapist, a case manager within the judicial system, and a paraprofessional in the Waterbury Public School System.

Herbrina earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Post University.

In her personal time, Herbrina enjoys attending her nephews' sporting events, traveling to new destinations, and spending quality time with family.
