Our Organization Provides a Caring, Supportive, and Customer First Service
SOS is our scattered-site Permanent Supportive Housing Program, which provides homeless individuals and families with disabilities, mainly participants with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, with leasing assistance for safe and affordable housing throughout the city of Waterbury. The program serves over 22 units of housing, and provides case management and support services so clients can establish and maintain greater independence, self-determination, residential stability, and improved income. Support staff are located at 173 Mark Lane in Waterbury, CT.
