    Laurie St. John

Laurie St. John, BSN, MSN, is the Vice President of Hartford HealthCare Community Network and Hartford Healthcare At Home. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University and her Master of Science from University of Hartford.

Her nursing practice has always included the Greater Waterbury area. Working as a nurse and Administrator, Laurie has experienced firsthand the social and healthcare needs of the community. This is what first attracted her to the St. Vincent DePaul Mission: An organization that directly assists those affected by economic and social disparities. In particular, Laurie finds it spiritually fulfilling to volunteer her time and efforts to an organization dedicated to serving the underprivileged.

Laurie lives in Southbury with her husband William. She has four grown daughters and four grandchildren with a fifth due in August. She is a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Southbury and enjoys her volunteer work in the community, including the work she does with The Malta House of Care.
